E11 bus towards Greenford diverted until 24 February 2027 for Thames Water works
Thames Water works on Drayton Green Road, W13, mean E11 (and E7) buses towards Greenford and Ruislip skip the stops from Dane Road to West Ealing Station until 22:00 on Wednesday 24 February 2027, TfL says.
If you catch the E11 home to Hanwell from Ealing Broadway or West Ealing, allow extra time for the next few months. TfL says routes E7 and E11 towards Ruislip Station and Greenford are on diversion because of Thames Water works on Drayton Green Road, W13.
According to TfL, the diversion runs from 06:00 on Monday 26 October 2026 until 22:00 on Wednesday 24 February 2027. In that direction, bus stops from Dane Road (stop P) to West Ealing Station (stop A) are not served.
The E11 also serves Hanwell stops such as Cuckoo Avenue, Framfield Road and Studland Road, so anyone heading north-west through West Ealing towards Greenford should check where to board before travelling. TfL's notice only covers the Greenford and Ruislip direction.
Diversions can change at short notice. Check TfL's live bus status or the E11 route page on the day, and look out for notices at the affected stops.
